Director Hanu Raghavapudi Issues Strict Warning After Prabhas Fauzi Look Leaks

Hyderabad: A wave of online excitement quickly turned into a legal dispute after an unauthorized image showcasing superstar Prabhas’ vintage look from his upcoming film Fauzi leaked online. The leak prompted an immediate emotional appeal and a severe warning from director Hanu Raghavapudi and production powerhouse Mythri Movie Makers against the spread of copyright-protected content.

 The highly anticipated historical action drama, set in the 1940s against the backdrop of British India, features Prabhas in a leaner, rugged avatar reminiscent of his iconic Mirchi era. As soon as a candid photo from the active shooting schedule slipped onto social media, fans went into a frenzy, enthusiastically resharing the leaked visual.

 Expressing deep disappointment, Hanu Raghavapudi took to his social handles to request restraint.  "We have poured our hearts into Fauzi to give you something truly special. Humbly requesting everyone, please do not spoil the magic with leaks," the filmmaker appealed.  Concurrently, the producers adopted a zero-tolerance policy against digital piracy. Mythri Movie Makers released a strong legal advisory clarifying that the leaks severely compromise the cinematic experience they are systematically building for the big screen.

They declared that any profile or platform actively circulating or hosting the leaked media will be aggressively reported, taken down, and formally prosecuted under cybercrime laws.  Despite the production team's frustration, the leaked frame has exponentially amplified trade expectations for the period epic, which features debutant Imanvi alongside veteran actors Anupam Kher and Mithun Chakraborty. Scheduled for a global theatrical release on December 3, 2026, the film remains one of the largest pan-Indian cinematic undertakings of the year.
