#CMYogiAdityanath Holds 'Janata Darshan' in Lucknow to Address Public Grievances Directly

Lucknow : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath hosted a 'Janata Darshan' session at his official residence in Lucknow, prioritizing direct communication with citizens from across the state to resolve their pressing grievances.

Reaffirming his administration's motto—"Public welfare is paramount, public service is our commitment"—the Chief Minister personally listened to issues raised by attendees representing various districts. He ensured that the concerns of common citizens were received with empathy and given immediate administrative attention.

During the interactive session, citizens presented petitions concerning land disputes, financial assistance for medical treatments, local infrastructure needs, and administrative delays. Chief Minister Adityanath reviewed the applications individually, spoke with the victims, and reassured them of prompt justice and support.

To turn public feedback into immediate action, the Chief Minister issued strict directions to senior administrative and police officials present at the event:

Time-Bound Redressal: Officials were instructed to process all applications within a strict timeframe and ensure that no genuine complainant faces procedural delays.

Zero Tolerance for Negligence: Strict action was ordered against any public servant found guilty of negligence, corruption, or inaction regarding citizen complaints.

Targeted Assistance: Financial aid applications for medical treatments were fast-tracked, with directions to expedite state relief fund disbursements directly to hospital authorities.

The 'Janata Darshan' remains a core initiative of the Uttar Pradesh government, reinforcing transparent governance and bridging the gap between state administration and the public.
