Key civil directives include:

Uninterrupted Utilities: The Electricity Department must ensure reliable power supply per the festive roster.

Sanitation Drives: Local Executive Officers are directed to conduct deep-cleaning operations along parade paths and public venues, backed by regular lime and bleaching powder spraying.

Public Conveniences: Mobile toilets and water tankers will be strategically deployed, with dedicated cleaning crews dispatched every three hours.

Superintendent of Police Prachi Singh ordered heightened vigilance across all police jurisdictions. She reiterated strict enforcement regarding sound limits for DJs and public address systems during religious rallies. Furthermore, dedicated digital surveillance teams will monitor social media channels to curb rumors or misleading content.
