PM Narendra Modi Announces Fast Track Courts For Swift Justice In Paper Leak Cases

New Delhi : Addressing growing national concerns over competitive examination irregularities and widespread student demonstrations in the capital, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that the Central Government has decided to establish dedicated fast-track courts to ensure swift and stringent punishment for those involved in paper leak syndicates.

Emphasizing that protecting the future and welfare of the country's youth remains a top priority, the Prime Minister asserted that individuals who compromise academic integrity will not be spared.  In a public statement, Prime Minister Modi noted that instructions have been issued to relevant administrative ministries and legal authorities to initiate the necessary statutory procedures for setting up the specialized judicial infrastructure.

The decision aims to significantly compress trial timelines, dismantle organized exam-tampering networks, and establish strong legal deterrence against offenders operating across state boundaries.  The Prime Minister's announcement comes amid high-decibel youth agitations led by student groups including the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) in central Delhi, alongside repeated disruptions in Parliament over recent examination controversies.

While the administration framed the fast-track courts as a vital structural mechanism to restore faith in national testing bodies, opposition parties and demonstrating student representatives reiterated their demands for political accountability and immediate administrative overhauls.

Government officials maintained that the fast-track court framework will complement existing anti-leak legislation, creating an integrated enforcement ecosystem designed to safeguard merit, enhance testing transparency, and secure the educational aspirations of millions of young aspirants across the country.
