NEW DELHI- Infrastructure major Larsen & Toubro (L&T) announced on Tuesday that its hydrocarbon vertical has secured a "major" order from BPCL. The project involves building India's largest flexible petrochemical plant at the Bina Refinery, setting new benchmarks in the energy sector.
Valued between ₹5,000 crore and ₹10,000 crore, this contract focuses on the engineering, procurement, and construction of advanced LLDPE and HDPE units. This significant win strengthens L&T's balance sheet and advances India's self-sufficiency goals in the high-demand polymer production market.
