CM Yogi Inspects Vindhyachal Corridor; Ensures Seamless Arrangements for Chaitra Navratri
CM Yogi Adityanath reviews Vindhyachal Corridor and Navratri preparations in Mirzapur, ensuring safety and comfort for all visiting devotees.
Mirzapur : In a blend of spiritual devotion and administrative vigilance, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the Vindhyachal Dham in Mirzapur today. The visit served a dual purpose: seeking divine blessings for the state’s prosperity and conducting a high-level review of the ambitious Ma Vindhyavasini Corridor project.
Upon his arrival, the Chief Minister performed a traditional puja at the sanctum sanctorum of Goddess Vindhyavasini. Praying for the "happiness, health, and welfare" of the people of Uttar Pradesh, he emphasized the spiritual significance of the shrine as a cornerstone of the state's cultural heritage.
With the auspicious festival of Chaitra Navratri approaching, CM Yogi transitioned into his administrative role, meticulously inspecting the ongoing preparations. He issued stern directives to local authorities to ensure:
- Safe Passage: Dedicated lanes and crowd management systems to prevent congestion.
- Infrastructure: Immediate completion of pending aesthetic and functional works within the corridor.
- Public Utilities: Round-the-clock availability of clean drinking water, sanitation, and medical aid for the millions of expected pilgrims.
"The safety and convenience of devotees are our topmost priorities. Every pilgrim should experience a seamless and divine atmosphere," the Chief Minister remarked during the inspection.
Beyond the official briefings, the visit saw a lighter, heartwarming side of the Chief Minister. While walking through the corridor and inspecting local stalls, he took a moment to interact with a group of local children. In a gesture that delighted the onlookers, he engaged in a brief, friendly conversation with them and distributed chocolates, showcasing a moment of personal connection amidst his busy schedule.
The Vindhyachal Corridor, modeled after the Kashi Vishwanath Dham, is expected to transform Mirzapur into a global spiritual tourism hub once fully completed.
