NEW DELHI-Renowned legal expert Vinay Kumar Dubey, Chairman of the VKDL NPA Advisory Council, was specially honored for his exceptional contributions to national building. The felicitation occurred during the Delhi State Para Powerlifting Championship 2025–26 at New Delhi's prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
In the presence of dignitaries like Dr. Arvind Menon and IPS Devesh Srivastava, Dubey was recognized for his role in financial reforms and empowering society. As a member of the Ministry of Home Affairs' Hindi Advisory Committee, he continues to lead impactful social welfare initiatives.
