Prayagraj : In a unique initiative to promote legal literacy, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Prayagraj organized a legal awareness camp on the subject of the Lokpal Act at Naini Central Jail and District Jail, Prayagraj. This event was held under the directive of the Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority and the supervision of District Judge and DLSA Chairperson Sanjeev Kumar.

Renowned legal academic and former Dean of Allahabad University, Professor R.K. Chaubey, further provided insights into the legal framework surrounding anti-corruption laws.

The event saw the presence of Senior Jail Superintendent Rang Bahadur, Deputy Jailer of District Jail S.P. Singh, legal defense counsels Gaurav Singh and Akhilesh Pratap Singh, along with several prison officials. The initiative aimed to foster awareness, encourage legal empowerment among inmates, and reinforce the role of Lokpal in ensuring accountability in governance.
