NEW DELHI-In a major retail move, Arvind Fashions Ltd has announced the acquisition of Flipkart’s 31.25% stake in Arvind Youth Brands for ₹135 crore. This strategic buyout gives Arvind Fashions total control over the popular youth-centric casual wear brand, Flying Machine.
Arvind Youth Brands reported a ₹432.16 crore turnover for FY25. The collaboration with Flipkart significantly boosted Flying Machine’s digital presence, making it a top-tier brand. This consolidation allows Arvind Fashions to further strengthen its omni-channel strategy and dominate the youth fashion segment.
