PATIALA- A private school in Patiala's Urban Estate area was evacuated Tuesday morning following a bomb threat received via email. Law enforcement, including an anti-sabotage squad, rushed to the scene to conduct a comprehensive sweep. Fortunately, the operation concluded with no explosives being found.
SSP Varun Sharma confirmed that the threat was a hoax, similar to recent incidents in Amritsar and Jalandhar. While the school remained closed as a precaution, cyber experts have launched a technical investigation to trace the origin and IP address of the sender.
