DELHI- Parliament has passed the controversial Viksit Bharat Guarantee for Rozgar (VB-G RAM G) Bill, effectively repealing the historic MGNREGA scheme. In response, Opposition leaders staged a 12-hour overnight dharna at the Parliament complex, accusing the government of bypassing democratic discussions and parliamentary scrutiny.
