LUCKNOW-The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a supplementary chargesheet against three individuals, including a prison psychiatrist, Dr. Nagaraj S., in the 2023 Bengaluru LeT conspiracy. The accused allegedly smuggled mobile phones to terrorists inside the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison.
Investigations revealed that Lashkar-e-Taiba operatives used these smuggled devices to coordinate terror attacks from within the jail. Alongside the doctor, an ASI and a woman were charged for facilitating logistical support, funds, and classified escort data to jailed terror masterminds.
