Janmashtami: To over crowd control action plan DM, SSP took review meeting with officials

Mathura. The District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police took a review meeting with the officials in the Collectorate Auditorium regarding the Shri Krishna Janmashtami festival. In the meeting, District Magistrate Pulkit Khare took information regarding suggestions and other additional arrangements from those officers on duty in the pre-Shri Krishna Janmashtami.

Senior Superintendent of Police Shailesh Kumar Pandey said that the traffic management system, and traffic plan should be ready and parking diversion should be proper. Make adequate arrangements for drainage of water in case of rain. An action plan should be made to control the crowd, don't let the crowd gather, don't let anyone stand on the CD of the exit door. Keep your accountability towards humanity and it is our responsibility to make better arrangements this year like last year.

Communicate with the people of hotels, temples, Dharamshala etc. to make the system run smoothly. Officers and employees working on duty should keep their behavior safe. District Magistrate Pulkit Khare instructed the officials to make arrangements for better planning for Shri Krishna Janmashtami. Work with team spirit while doing advance planning, have a meeting with the police officer and magistrate temple management and visit the spot to review the arrangements with the temple management. Start the tender process for parking lots, cover electric lines with plastic covers and fix hanging wires, remove encroachments.

Mr. Khare asked the officials to take all the steps a week before Shri Krishna Janmashtami and there should be no shortage in any system. Checking the prasad distributed in the stores, so that the devotees can get good prasad. Do not give VIP darshan on the occasion of peak season. In the meeting Additional District Magistrate Administration Vijay Shankar Dubey, Superintendent of Police City MP Singh, Superintendent of Police Security Anand Kumar, DFO Rajnikant Mittal, Secretary Development Authority Rajesh Kumar, City Magistrate Saurabh Dubey, Kapil Sharma from Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi, Rakesh Tiwari from Dwarkadhish Temple, Banke Bihari Officers of various departments including Munish Sharma from Ji Mandir were present.
