Especially in the Chhattisgarh region, today is an auspicious day. Especially today is considered especially important. For marital purposes, weddings are organized everywhere in the city and villages. At the same time, there is an atmosphere of excitement in every house in the marriage of Gudiya Guddi by children. Without understanding the meaning of marriage, children arrange marriages for their children. When two friends meet, one of them takes the doll and turns it into a groom.

The other friend takes Guddi and makes her a bride. And both the friends together arrange the marriages of their respective dolls. Earlier on the day, people used to make clay effigies, dress them, and transform them into dolls and dolls. Now with changing times, the form of Akti has also changed. Now children buy readymade bride and groom dolls in the market and decorate their small pavilions in their homes.

In this pavilion, all the things like oil, turmeric, mango tree, peacock, Konkan, karva, Kalash, and dowry etc. are present. All arrangements remain exactly like a real marriage. And just like this, the marriage of Gudde-Guddeo is completed. On this occasion, even the elders of the house are not able to remain completely neutral, rather, despite being spectators, the children continue to receive their guidance while completing all the rituals and activities. On the day of Akshaya Tritiya, thousands of marriages are arranged across India. Along with the good days, the sight of real weddings is also visible everywhere.

To fulfill a wrong tradition in the rural environment, thousands of marriages of minor children are also organized on this day. Which is not only a violation of the rule and law but is also a wrong tradition. Marrying minor children is completely illegal. Well, now slowly but surely this problem and wrong tradition is being curbed. Akshaya Tritiya is considered to be the most important festival of the summer season. According to the Hindu New Year, it also has the status of the first festival of the year.

The tradition of starting marriage ceremonies from this day is also prevalent among the people. In Chhattisgarh, the rituals of child marriage are completed on this day. An important fact is that the festival "Akti" celebrated by farmers in villages on the day of Baishakh Shukla Teej is the festival of the new harvest and New Year. Some variation in this is found in different parts of the region, like in the Khairagarh region, on this day, farmers make Lai by plucking Tivara, Masoor, Gram, Urad, and Mahua and then placing them in five bowls made of Parsa leaves, they are offered to God. Worship is done.

There the paddy is symbolically sorted and plowed with iron (Nagar). In other areas, people fill an earthen pot with water and place it on top of three clay pots. According to the group that will get wet first after the water seeps from the pot, in many areas, the month of Abhash Saavan Bhado and the month in which there will be good rainfall is predicted. Thus, this festival of Vaishakh Sudi Teen Akti is celebrated with great auspiciousness and faith as a component of Indian culture.

It is said that from this day onwards the use of Matka (earthen) should be started by worshiping it. The practice of donating matka to Guru Brahmin etc. is also prevalent. In this auspicious time, the day of providing salvation to the ancestors by offering them the last Shraddha through Nayaga Vidhan from Prayagraj Gaya Ji is also considered to be the day of Akshaya Tritiya. If we look at it in terms of Vedic significance, we will know that Kanyadaan is considered to have special significance on this occasion.

The donation of a girl child is revered as a great donation in the Hindu religion. By marrying a wooden or clay doll (girl) as per the rituals, the virtue of Mahadaan is obtained. From this day, farmers start sowing seeds in their fields for the beginning of their Kharif crop and believe in getting a bountiful harvest. Every festival has its own specific significance. A simple solution has been given to awaken the feelings of sacrifice, kindness, and compassion in our hearts through the ritual of donation on Akshaya Tritiya. In this auspicious time, try to keep your Indian cultural tradition alive by participating in this tradition of sacrifice and fulfillment of responsibilities.
