IIM Raipur Launches Executive Leadership Program for Hospitals

Raipur:  IIM Raipur, in collaboration with the Academy of Digital Health Sciences, has unveiled the second cohort of its Executive Leadership Development Program. This six-month course is tailored for ambitious founders, CEOs, and senior management, with a focus on driving growth and profitability in small, medium, and large hospitals. The program, which opened for applications on August 1, 2024, includes pre-recorded lectures, case studies, and live sessions with industry experts, culminating in immersive workshops at IIM Raipur.

Dr. Ram Kumar Kakani, Director of IIM Raipur, emphasized the importance of empowering healthcare institutions to adopt digital innovations. He highlighted how this program addresses the gap in digital health solutions, aiming to make senior management more efficient and capable of driving transformational change. Participants will focus on key areas like infrastructure development, strategic management, digital health technologies, and exploring new revenue models to enhance healthcare organizations' efficiency and growth.
