Congress Claims Competitive Exam Paper Leaks Have Severely Compromised Youth Aspirations Across The Nation

New Delhi : Launching a sharp attack on the Union government, senior Congress leadership asserted that persistent examination paper leaks and recruitment irregularities have severely shattered the dreams and aspirations of millions of young job seekers and students across India.

Addressing regional student conventions as part of the party's nationwide "Chhatron Ki Goonj" outreach campaign, opposition leaders highlighted that repeated administrative failures in national testing mechanisms have created an unprecedented trust deficit among hard-working candidates.

Party functionaries emphasized that millions of candidates dedicated years of intensive preparation and invested significant financial resources from middle-class families to secure government posts and professional seats, only to see their efforts undermined by organized paper leak syndicates. Citing widespread irregularities across multiple entrance examinations including NEET, JEE, and state-level recruitment drives, the Congress alleged that corruption in testing agencies has institutionalized unequal opportunities for meritorious youth.

The opposition party reiterated its core demands, which include the decentralization and comprehensive restructuring of the National Testing Agency (NTA), the complete abolition of candidate examination fees, and the enactment of stringent statutory measures to ensure swift legal prosecution of paper leak perpetrators. Furthermore, Congress leaders renewed their call for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, demanding complete political accountability for examination failures.

Calling for a structural overhaul of the country's evaluation procedures, the leadership urged the creation of transparent, student-centric testing frameworks. As part of its ongoing campaign, the Youth Congress and National Students' Union of India (NSUI) will expand state-level conventions and street-level demonstrations to mobilize youth across coaching hubs and university campuses.
