Welcome To The Jungle Storms Box Office With Huge Weekend

Mumbai : The global box office is witnessing an exhilarating clash as multiple highly anticipated films dominate the ticket counters. Leading the charge is the massive ensemble comedy Welcome To The Jungle (also known as Welcome 3), which locked in a stellar opening weekend performance. Driven by Akshay Kumar's impeccable comic timing and strong nostalgia, the film minted an impressive ₹63.47 crore net in India over its first three days.

On the global front, the mindless entertainer successfully raked in a worldwide gross of ₹83.3 crore, comfortably pacing ahead of recent releases despite strong regional competition.  Meanwhile, Shahid Kapoor's romantic drama Cocktail 2 is holding its ground steadily as it navigates its second week. Co-starring Rashmika Mandanna and Kriti Sanon, the spiritual sequel brought in a solid ₹47.50 crore net during its own opening weekend.

By its tenth day of theatrical release, the film has managed to cross the ₹83.15 crore net mark domestically, pushing its comprehensive worldwide gross to a highly respectable ₹126.85 crore.  Down South, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is scripting her own box office history with the action-family thriller Maa Inti Bangaaram. Made on a modest budget of just ₹20 crore, the movie has turned into a massive commercial blockbuster. On its tenth day, the film collected ₹5.30 crore net in India, showing a remarkable 8.2% jump from the previous day.

With an exceptional run in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and international circuits, Maa Inti Bangaaram has officially accumulated ₹78.71 crore gross worldwide. In doing so, Samantha's latest release has officially dethroned the lifetime global collection record of the iconic classic Arundhati, solidifying its status as a monumental success.
