Aditya Dhar Praises Ranveer Singh Citing Divine Grace In Dhurandhar Performance

Mumbai : Acclaimed filmmaker Aditya Dhar has penned a deeply emotional social media post to mark Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh’s birthday, reflecting on their highly successful collaboration in the spy-thriller franchise Dhurandhar.

In a heartwarming note, the director described working with the actor as a spiritually and creatively transformative experience.Praising Ranveer's unparalleled dedication on set, Dhar wrote that watching the actor perform felt like witnessing someone touched by divine grace.

Dhar further elevated his praise by terming Ranveer’s portrayal of the undercover agent Hamza Ali Mazari as one of the finest performances Indian cinema has ever witnessed, calling it a fearless "force of nature" that will be remembered for generations. Beyond their professional dynamic, the director revealed that the relentless pursuit of perfection forged a deep personal bond between them, stating that somewhere along the journey, Ranveer stopped being just an actor and truly became his brother.The Dhurandhar franchise, produced under the banners of Jio Studios and B62 Studios, has rewritten box office history.

Following the release of the first part in December 2025 and its blockbuster sequel Dhurandhar: The Revenge in March 2026, the action-heavy duology recently made headlines by collectively crossing the historic ₹3,000 crore milestone worldwide. Following this massive critical and commercial success, reports suggest that Dhar and Singh are already in discussions to reunite for an ambitious new cinematic project slated for 2027.
