Prayagraj : The historic city of Prayagraj is set to witness the 379th annual Urs of the revered Sufi saint, Hazrat Shah Muhibbullah Allahabadi, affectionately known as 'Dada Mian'. The two-day spiritual congregation, scheduled for December 29th and 30th, 2025, serves as a profound emblem of the region's signature Ganga-Jamuni culture.

The festivities commence today at Peerzado Ki Bagh, Kidganj, under the spiritual guidance of Naib Sajjadanshin Mufti Hafiz Shah Mohammad Mukarrab Ullah (Ali Mian). The first day features the sacred Gusl Sharif after Fajr prayers, followed by the First Kul at Dargah Sharif after Maghrib.

On Tuesday, the focus shifts to Bahadurganj, where the Khanqah will host soul-stirring Qawwali sessions at 2 PM and 9 PM. The Aakhri Kul (final prayer) is slated for 5 PM.

Reflecting the communal harmony of the event, the organizing committee includes a diverse group of members such as Mohammad Mian Farooqui, Advocate Usaid Farooqui, Amit Nishad, and Bhola Yadav. This gathering continues to be a cornerstone of spiritual unity, drawing devotees from across the city to honor the saint's message of universal love and peace.
