DM flagged off 14 women and 50 men, total 64 Home Guards for Disaster Mitra training

Ambedkar Nagar. In order to receive instructions from Uttar Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority, District Magistrate Avinash Singh flagged off 14 women and 50 men, total 64 Home Guards for Disaster Mitra training and sent them to Lucknow for training.

Home Guards will be given 12 days residential training by State Disaster Relief Force Lucknow from 11 June 2024 to 22 June 2024 and after receiving a total training of 14 days including 02 days travel period, they will train the common citizens of Ambedkar Nagar district and will also carry out rescue operations during various types of disasters.

During this, disaster expert Suryabhan, Assistant Gyanchand Yadav of District Commandant Home Guard, Home Guards Organizer of all blocks, Disaster Assistant Avinash Kumar Verma and officers and employees of the concerned department were present on the spot.
