Thitholi Teej Sparks Joy: Rajni Prakash Brings Culture to Life in Lucknow”

Lucknow : A vibrant celebration of Teej, steeped in joy, sisterhood, and rich tradition, was hosted by noted social activist and Director of Hardik Mahila Mandal Samiti, Rajni Prakash, at her residence in Adarsh Colony, Takrohi, Indira Nagar, Lucknow. The event titled “Thitholi Teej” brought together dozens of women and friends for a day filled with laughter, culture, and memorable moments.

Under the graceful supervision of Rajni Prakash, the Teej Utsav unfolded as a lively and colorful affair where women adorned in festive attire engaged in Kajri songs, dance performances, games, and a graceful catwalk. The joy was palpable as the participants immersed themselves in the rhythms of Saawan, symbolizing not just a seasonal celebration but also the spirit of womanhood and unity.

One of the highlights of the event was the “Miss Saawan” contest, where a few of the most graceful and enthusiastic participants were crowned in celebration of their spirit and elegance. This segment brought cheers and excitement to the attendees and added a fun competitive charm to the gathering.

The entire event was eloquently anchored by Shalini Pandey, whose energetic hosting kept the crowd engaged throughout. The ambiance of the celebration truly reflected the togetherness and strength of the women’s community in Lucknow.
