Hexagon Nutrition IPO Allotment Out: Check Status And Latest GMP

Mumbai:  Share allocations for the Rs 138.87 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Hexagon Nutrition Limited have been officially finalized following overwhelming investor response. The public issue, which was open for bidding from June 5 to June 9, 2026, witnessed a robust overall subscription of 53.68 times, driven largely by high-net-worth individuals and retail participants.  

Investors who bid for the mainboard issue can now check their allotment status online via the official portal of the IPO registrar, KFin Technologies Limited, or through the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) websites. To verify status on KFinTech, users must select "Hexagon Nutrition Limited" from the dropdown menu and input their Permanent Account Number (PAN), Application Number, or DP ID. Successful applicants will see their allotted shares credited to their Demat accounts today, while the unblocking of funds for unsuccessful bidders will be initiated simultaneously.  

Meanwhile, sentiment in the unlisted market remains cautiously optimistic. Market observers note that the latest Grey Market Premium (GMP) for Hexagon Nutrition IPO is hovering around Rs 3 to Rs 4 per share. Given the upper price band of Rs 45, the equity is indicating a tentative listing price of around Rs 48 to Rs 49, pointing toward an estimated listing gain of 7 to 9 percent. Though the premium moderated slightly during the bidding week due to broader macroeconomic headwinds, the heavy 161-fold subscription in the non-institutional category reflects sustained underlying demand.
