MUMBAI- The Adani Group is set to diversify its aviation portfolio by venturing into engine MRO and passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversions. Jeet Adani, Director of Adani Airport Holdings, emphasized building a unified aircraft services platform to address rising domestic and global demand.
By integrating Indamer Technics and Air Works, the conglomerate aims to create India's largest private MRO entity. This strategic expansion focuses on reducing overseas dependency for heavy engine checks and strengthening the nation's logistics infrastructure through dedicated cargo aircraft conversions.
