Kanpur : The prestigious national leadership camp ‘ABLE 2025 – Academy for Business Leadership and Excellence’, hosted by JCI India, concluded on a high note on Monday at Shree Ganga Valley, Bithoor. Organized by JCI Kanpur Industrial, this four-day residential camp turned into a vibrant confluence of leadership training, business insights, ethical learning, and cultural harmony.

Held from July 18 to 21 under the inspiring theme “Gear Up to Grow”, the camp attracted dynamic youth leaders from across India and Nepal. The event was spearheaded by JCI Kanpur Industrial President Praneet Agarwal, with organizing secretary Shruti Jain and project convener Neha Garg playing key roles in its successful execution.

Participants were exposed to a comprehensive curriculum blending business communication, team dynamics, ethical leadership, and entrepreneurial vision. The sessions were led by some of the most experienced mentors and former national leaders from the JCI fraternity including Past National President JFS Deepak Nahar, HGF Srinivasan, Vikas Gugliya, Dr. Deepak Makwana, and Harish Gopalji Bastu Mantri. Their deep insights and hands-on guidance left a profound impact on the attendees.

Throughout the program, delegates engaged in interactive workshops, group challenges, and cultural performances that not only enhanced their personal growth but also created lasting bonds. The evenings were filled with enriching performances reflecting India’s diversity and unity.

The grand closing ceremony on July 21 was marked by the awarding of certificates to participants and heartfelt reflections on the transformational experiences shared by many. The chief guest for the event was JCI India National President Ankur Jhunjhunwala, who was warmly welcomed with a bouquet by President Praneet Agarwal and First Lady Pragya Agarwal.

In his keynote address, Jhunjhunwala praised the energy, discipline, and aspirations of the participants, encouraging them to take the ABLE spirit into their professional and social lives. He emphasized that such leadership camps are instrumental in nurturing future-ready citizens with both competence and compassion.

Also gracing the occasion was JCI Zonal President Kapil Agarwal, who acknowledged the exceptional planning and execution by the Kanpur team. He noted that ABLE 2025 set a new benchmark in leadership training and youth engagement.

As the camp came to an end, it left behind a wave of motivation, cultural enrichment, and a renewed sense of purpose among its participants. The success of ABLE 2025 reaffirmed JCI India's commitment to empowering youth through value-driven leadership initiatives.
