Detailed discussion of the blue print of the three-day sports competition in the AITF office bearers meeting

New Delhi. In view of the three-day International Taekwondo Competition and to enhance the shared heritage of India-Nepal friendship, a meeting was organized at the official residence of Patron and Rajya Sabha MP Rajmani Patel at 17 Ferozshah Road, Delhi. In this special meeting, a detailed discussion was held regarding the three-day sports competition to be held in December and the newly appointed office bearers were appointed. Giving expansion to the organization, appointment letters were handed over to many office bearers and they were welcomed by giving organ clothes.
Vice President of the organization and senior political and social worker Rizwan Raza discussed about the preparations for the event as well as informed about the blueprint of the program. He informed that more than 1500 sportspersons and coaches from India and abroad are expected to participate in this sports competition. For this event, 15 newly appointed office bearers were appointed and they were also informed about their work area. Among those to whom the appointment letters were handed over, senior advocate Reena Rai from the Sikkim region was made the mentor. Apart from him, senior political activist and entrepreneur Harikrishna Dwivedi and strongman leader of Madhya Pradesh Mohan Dhakonia were made patrons.
Meena Pandey, Jeevan Sharma, Narayan Sharma, Kavita Sharma, Niomi Khati, Syed Wasi Imam and Rakesh Shah have been included in the Public Relations and Reception team for the Nepal region. Abbas Haider and young political activist and software engineer Ashutosh Mishra were nominated as executive members and Rajda alias Chandni was nominated as sponsorship manager and executive member. Deepanjali Kshetri of Darjeeling was also given important responsibility in Public Relations Department.
The outline of the program was made in this special meeting organized under the chairmanship of National Media Coordinator Manvendra Kumar. In this meeting, the patron of the organization and farmer leader Akhilesh Shukla, the founder president of the federation and international level Taekwondo coach Master Jitendra Singh, head of media department and political analyst Ritesh Sinha, international level player and coach Rekha Singh, media department I was present along with coordinator Sudhir Kumar. Young Taekwondo coaches and players also gave personal introduction in the meeting.
