Only the correct facts can give a new direction to the research: Prof. Singh

Prayagraj. C.M.P. In the college, under the joint auspices of the project and research cell and the library department, a series of lectures on the topic Know Your E-Resources was started on Monday. The program started with the lighting of the lamp in front of the statue of Maa Saraswati. Project and Research Cell Coordinator Dr. Sunanda Das welcomed all the guests.

College Principal Prof. Ajay Prakash Khare said in his address that through e-resources, researchers can do their research work in a logical manner, they just need to check reliable and valid facts. Chief Guest Prof. Ramendra Kumar Singh, Department of Chemistry, Allahabad University expressed his views on e-resources in science and discussed in detail its importance, possibilities and challenges. Prof. Singh said that the biggest challenge faced by the researchers in e-resources is to identify the true facts because there is a flood of information on the Internet but only the true facts can give new direction to the research.

College librarian and keynote speaker Dr. Puneet Kumar Singh highlighted the facilities of e-resources in the college library. Dr. Singh explained how to search for resources on N-List, Delnet etc. The program was moderated by Dr. Jyoti Verma and the vote of thanks was done by Dr. Harishchandra. Dr. Priya Soni Khare of Project and Research Cell, Dr. Jitendra Kumar, Dr. Yadvendra Singh, Dr. Rachna Srivastava, Dr. Dilip Kumar Singh, Dr. Rekha Srivastava, Dr. Vijay Pratap Singh, Dr. Dr. Ramesh Kumar Bharti, Dr. Deepa Srivastava, Vice-Principal of the College, Dr. Neeta Sinha, College NAEC Coordinator Dr. Babita Aggarwal, Bursar Dr. Bhupendra Bajaj, Botany Coordinator Dr. Amita Pandey, Dr. Manoj Jaiswal, Dr. Pallavi Rai and all researchers were present.
