Mission Shakti Awareness Program Held at Lucknow School

Lucknow:Lucknow's Brightland School, located in Triveninagar-3, Aliganj, hosted an awareness program under Mission Shakti Phase-5 on Tuesday. The event aimed to educate women and girls on safety measures, their rights, and available government services. Present at the event were Sub-Inspector Aashi Gupta and other female officers from Aliganj Police Station, who shared insights on women's security and welfare services offered by UP Police.
The program highlighted key initiatives like the 1090 Women Helpline, 112 Emergency Service, and Women Power Line. Attendees were informed about various safety measures including smart city cameras and field police patrolling. Through Mission Shakti, efforts are being made to raise awareness about women’s rights, self-defense, and utilizing government schemes, promoting a society based on respect, safety, and equality for women.
