Imarticus Learning Signs MoUs with Lucknow Colleges to Establish Industry
Imarticus Learning partners with Lucknow colleges to launch Centres of Excellence, preparing students with future-ready, industry-aligned skills.

Lucknow. In a significant step towards bridging the gap between education and employment, Imarticus Learning, one of India’s leading professional education providers, has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with National PG College and Avadh Girls PG College, two of Lucknow’s premier institutions.
Under this collaboration, Centres of Excellence (CoE) will be established within the campuses, designed to transform traditional classrooms into industry-aligned learning hubs. These CoEs will prepare students to meet evolving job market demands, focusing on enhancing skill readiness and reducing the learning curve between academics and professional life.
Nikhil Barshikar, Founder and CEO of Imarticus Learning, expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative, saying, “We are excited to collaborate with institutions of such academic stature. Both colleges hold NAAC Grade ‘A’ accreditation, reflecting their commitment to quality education. These Centres of Excellence will act as a bridge between academia and industry, equipping students with the right skills and mindset.”
Barshikar also hinted at broader plans: “This is just the beginning—we aim to expand this initiative to more tier-2 and tier-3 cities, bringing cutting-edge career development to students across India.”
What the CoEs Will Offer
Career Acceleration Ecosystem: The CoEs aim to serve as launchpads for student careers, not just through classroom learning but also by involving faculty in continuous upskilling.
Popular Domains: Key areas of focus will include Investment Banking and Data Science, with training programs, internships, and job placement support.
AI-Based Career Guidance: All students will undergo an ILNet Career Readiness Assessment, a psychometric tool powered by AI that maps individual strengths and provides customized career roadmaps.
SkillHub Platform Access: Students will have full access to an extensive library of self-paced learning modules, ensuring continued skill enhancement.
Faculty Training: Teaching staff will benefit from a 25-hour EDGE Faculty Development Program, encouraging innovative and industry-aligned teaching methodologies.
Real-World Preparation: The initiative will include:
Workshops on resume building and interview skills
Internship drives and corporate seminars
Sessions with industry leaders to enhance practical understanding
Long-Term Impact on Institutions
This partnership will not only enhance student employability but also strengthen the institutions’ performance on NAAC standards. Furthermore, alumni success stories are expected to multiply as students graduate with stronger portfolios and relevant experiences.
Throughout the academic year, the CoEs will host student ambassador programs, workshops, and engagement events—nurturing leadership, collaboration, and a thriving learning community.
In a time when employability is a growing concern, this initiative positions Lucknow’s academic landscape at the forefront of industry-academic convergence. By empowering students and faculty alike, the Imarticus Learning partnership promises a future where education is not just informative but truly transformative.
