Three farmers of the district were honored with Nand Baba Award by Block Chief Yashwant Singh

Bareilly: Under the program being run for the promotion of milk development in the state under the aegis of Milk Producers Cooperative Union Limited, Bareilly, three cattle herders were honored with the Nand Baba Award in the district today. Chief Guest, Block Head of Majhgama Block, Yashwant Singh said that the Nand Baba Award is an honor given by the government,

This award is given to the cattle rearers who produce the maximum cow milk. It is a great pleasure that three cattle rearers of the district have been given this award. Various schemes are being run by the Animal Husbandry Department and Milk Union for the villagers so that their economic level can be further improved. Principal Manager Manish Singh said that this time the award has been given to farmer Jagatpal Singh of Majhgawan and Vijaypal of Mirganj Block of Alampur Jafrabad Block. Savitri has been selected for 2021-22.

The honored farmers were honored with a check of Rs 5100 and a memento. On this occasion, provincial employee leader Santosh Pandey was also present, while the milk union was organized by Rajesh Katihar of the institute. Farmers and other officials and staff associated with it were present.
