Ambedkar Nagar. Under the aegis of the State Tax Department Ambedkar Nagar, a seminar was organized for GST registration awareness in the office of State Tax Bhawan Ambedkar Nagar.

In the registration seminar, Deputy Commissioner Sunil Kumar Singh and Deputy Commissioner Vijay Pal made the traders aware about GST registration and told them about the benefits of GST registration.

They told that, immediately after getting registration under the GST system, the registered trader becomes entitled to the Chief Minister Trader Accident Insurance of Rs 10 lakh, which has no premium.

Apart from this, the registered traders were informed about the facility of doing all the work online from home, exemption from visiting the office, uninterrupted facility of getting ITC on goods purchased from any state in the country, facility of Samadhan Yojana for traders with annual turnover of Rs. 1.5 crore, facility of filing zero return through SMS only, facility of highly simplified return form for small and medium traders, and facility of filing quarterly return for traders with annual turnover up to Rs. 6 crore, etc.

Apart from this, the Deputy Commissioner told about various schemes of the State Government and the important role of registered traders in the all-round development of the country and revenue growth.

In the said seminar, apart from State Tax Deputy Commissioner Sunil Kumar Singh and Deputy Commissioner Vijay Pal, Assistant Commissioner Akit Singh, Assistant Commissioner Ravindra Kumar, State Tax Officer Ravi Prakash Tiwari and State Tax Officer, Rupam Upadhyay and advocates were present.
