Mumbai: Bajaj Housing Finance’s IPO, launching on September 9, 2024, seeks to raise Rs 6,560 crore, featuring a fresh issue of Rs 3,560 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 3,000 crore. Shares are priced between Rs 66 and Rs 70, with a minimum bid of 214 shares. Bidding opens for anchor investors on September 6 and closes on September 11.
Reserved allocations include Rs 200 crore for employees and Rs 500 crore for Bajaj Finance and Bajaj Finserv shareholders. The proceeds will enhance the company’s capital base and support future lending activities.
