Adah Sharma Leads Maharashtra’s 'Har Ghar Durga' Campaign

Mumbai: After the massive success of The Kerala Story, Adah Sharma has been signed as the ambassador for the Maharashtra government’s 'Har Ghar Durga' campaign. This initiative focuses on training young girls in self-defense techniques, and Adah, who enjoys a large female fanbase, is excited to be a part of it. Speaking at the launch event in Mumbai, she emphasized the importance of teaching self-defense early, stating, "Durga resides in every woman."

At the event, which saw participation from several schools, girls were taught basic self-defense skills, while Adah shared her methods for staying focused. Known for her roles in Commando and Sunflower Season 2, Adah will next appear in Reeta Sanyal, set to release on Disney + Hotstar on October 14. The campaign and her involvement aim to inspire more girls to embrace strength and confidence.
