Youngsters Club Women’s Football Team Honors President with Runners-Up Trophy
Youngsters Club women’s football team presents the Dr. P.K. Sur Memorial runners-up trophy to their club president in Prayagraj.
Prayagraj : In a heartwarming gesture of sportsmanship and team pride, the local women’s football team from the Youngsters Club officially presented their recently clinched runners-up trophy to the club’s president.
The team achieved this milestone at the prestigious Dr. P.K. Sur Memorial Women’s Football Tournament, which concluded recently under the aegis of the GTA Club.
A Celebration of Achievement and History
The players, accompanied by their coaching staff, visited the President's residence in the Shahrarabag locality of the city. The meeting was not just a celebration of the team's stellar on-field performance, but also a bridge between the club's vibrant present and its rich history.
To honor their dedication and hard work, the President presented each player and coach with a special souvenir booklet. This souvenir was recently published to commemorate the historic milestone of the Youngsters Club completing 75 years of excellence in the regional sports arena.
"This trophy is a testament to the grit of our players. Celebrating this success during our club's platinum jubilee year makes it even more special," noted a club official during the interaction.
