During his official visit to Lucknow, PNB Executive Director Mr. M. Parmasivam reviewed key operations of all divisions and verticals under the Lucknow zone.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by several key PNB officials including Mrityunjay, Zonal Head; Syed Athar Hussain Kazmi, Deputy Zonal Head; Raj Kumar Singh, Circle Head; and Anupama Trivedi, Branch Manager. Each leader contributed to discussions on future banking strategies and service enhancements planned for the region.

The newly launched branch premises at Ram Ram Bank Chauraha now offer upgraded amenities including customer-friendly service counters, digital banking kiosks, and senior citizen assistance zones. These modern facilities aim to elevate customer experience while aligning with the bank’s digital-first approach.

An interactive session followed the inaugural event where local residents, traders, and entrepreneurs shared feedback and expectations with the bank’s leadership team. The discussion focused on local economic needs and how banking solutions could be aligned better to support community development.
