Lucknow. In a landmark achievement for Uttar Pradesh's tech sector, Lucknow-based Tachyon Networks Limited has successfully listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) SME platform, becoming the first IT company from the city to do so. This historic move not only marks a significant milestone in Tachyon's journey but also serves as an inspiration for the entrepreneurial landscape of North India.

The company's ₹20 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) received a phenomenal response, with the issue being oversubscribed by an impressive 20.35 times, reflecting strong investor confidence. The listing ceremony, held on Wednesday, saw company leaders and BSE officials ring the ceremonial gong, officially marking Tachyon's entry into the Indian capital market.

The prestigious event was attended by Tachyon's senior leadership, including Chairman & Managing Director Maniesh Kumar Sharma, CEO Neeraj Kumar, and other key executives. In his address, Sharma highlighted the listing as a testament to the collective efforts and unwavering commitment of the company's employees, customers, and partners. "This journey from Lucknow to the BSE proves that global-level technology companies can emerge from Tier-2 cities," he stated.

Neeraj Kumar, the company's CEO, underscored the listing as a moment of responsibility rather than just celebration. "This listing will take us to new heights, and we will play a more crucial role in accelerating India's digital transformation in the coming years," he said.

Tachyon Networks is an end-to-end IT solutions provider, offering a wide range of services including networking infrastructure, data center solutions, cloud services, and IT security to government agencies and corporate clients. The company is an authorized system/network integrator for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and holds strong partnerships with leading OEMs like Ruckus, Juniper, and Dell Technologies.

The successful IPO has boosted the company's estimated market capitalization to ₹78 crore. The proceeds from the IPO are strategically earmarked for reducing debt, strengthening working capital, and accelerating business expansion plans. The listing was managed by Hem Securities Limited as the lead manager.

Tachyon Networks' historic listing is a beacon of hope for startups and mid-cap companies across smaller cities, demonstrating that with vision and dedication, they too can secure significant capital and a global platform. The company is now poised to expand its reach and deliver its robust IT solutions to a wider range of customers, further solidifying its commitment to empowering India with a smart and secure digital infrastructure.
