IFFCO Phulpur Distributes Blankets to Specially-Abled and Women

Prayagraj : In a significant move toward fulfilling its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the IFFCO Phulpur unit organized a blanket distribution camp at the Gram Panchayat Bhavan in Chak Abdul Karim (Pure-Bhulai). The initiative specifically targeted the underprivileged, focusing on specially-abled individuals and women to provide relief from the biting winter cold.

The event was led by P.K. Singh, General Manager of IFFCO Phulpur, who personally handed over blankets to the villagers. Addressing the gathering, Singh emphasized the organization's ethos, stating, "IFFCO has always stood firmly with those in need. We view our social responsibilities not just as a duty, but as a commitment to human sensitivity." He further assured that such welfare activities would remain a consistent part of IFFCO's future roadmap.

The program was graced by Gram Pradhan Smt. Pushpa Devi, alongside several prominent figures including Kamlesh Yadav, Vijay Vishwakarma, and Shambhu Shekhar. Representing the workforce, Pankaj Pandey (President, IFFCO Employees Union) and Vijay Kumar Yadav (General Secretary) were also present, highlighting the collective effort of the IFFCO family in community service.

Local residents expressed deep gratitude for the timely intervention. By prioritizing widows, elderly women, and the physically challenged, the Phulpur unit has reinforced its image as a community-centric organization. The event concluded with a pledge from the management to continue fostering rural development through various social and health-related interventions in the coming months.
