Kayastha Pathshala Trust Honors International and National Athletes for Outstanding Achievements

Prayagraj : In a grand ceremony celebrating sporting excellence, the Kayastha Pathshala Trust organized a special event to honor young athletes who have brought laurels to the institution. The felicitation ceremony, held at the Munshi Major Ranjeet Singh Sports Complex, recognized students from various KP Trust educational institutions and the sports complex who excelled at the state, national, and international levels in 2024 and 2025.

The event's chief guest was Shiv Kumar Rai, Joint Commissioner of Prayagraj, while the ceremony was presided over by Chaudhary Raghavendra Nath Singh, President of the Kayastha Pathshala. The distinguished guests included former president T.P. Singh, General Secretary S.D. Kautilya, Ajay Kumar Sonu, former General Secretary Kumar Narayan, and Chaudhary Kaushlendra Nath Singh. The welcome address for all athletes and guests was delivered by Co-Sports Chairperson Siddharth Nandan.

The ceremony shone a spotlight on a variety of talented athletes from different sports. In Hockey, Anurag Nishad, Shail Rawat, and Harishankar Pal were recognized for their brilliant performance. The Cricket team was represented by Suheb Khan, Sachin Mishra, Pratik Singh, and Shruti Yadav. For Badminton, Prashant Kumar, Shubham Pathak, Shaurya Patel, and Jatin Albani were honored for their achievements. The martial spirit of Kabaddi was celebrated through Ritika Saroj, while Utkarsh Kerai was felicitated for his prowess in Weightlifting.

The tennis players, Arjun Sharma, Ayaan Yadav, Aditya Vaibhav, and Adhyanshi Singh, were also recognized, along with the Basketball team members, including Saksham Jaiswal, Kavya Tripathi, Shambhavi Singh, and Vansh Verma, for their skill and sportsmanship.

Chaudhary Kaushlendra Nath Singh offered the vote of thanks to all the guests and athletes. The program was skillfully emceed by Umesh Khare and Brijesh Khare. The event was attended by many coaches and sports enthusiasts, including Sanchit Srivastava, Ramesh Kumar, Pawan Kumar, Akshay Chaudhary, Manish Saxena, Rishi Sharma, Sunny Pandey, Manish Srivastava, Raju Maurya, and Someshwar Pandey. The ceremony not only served as a tribute to the hard work of these athletes but also inspired other young talents to pursue excellence in sports.
