District Magistrate Oversees Chief Minister’s IGRS Review
District Magistrate chaired a review meeting on the Chief Minister’s key IGRS portal in the auditorium.

Ambedkar Nagar: District Magistrate emphasized the crucial role of the Chief Minister's IGRS portal in addressing grievances during a review meeting at the Collectorate auditorium. He directed all department heads to ensure that complaints are processed in a timely and efficient manner. The District Magistrate underscored the importance of accuracy and detailed examination, stating that reports should only be uploaded after a thorough review to effectively handle grievances.
Officers were also instructed to maintain direct communication with complainants and to minimize unnecessary delays. Strict consequences were outlined for any non-compliance. The meeting, attended by Chief Medical Officer Dr. Rajkumar, Sub-District Magistrate, District Development Officer Sunil Kumar Tiwari, and other key officials, emphasized the importance of adhering to these new directives.
