Karnataka:Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has been summoned by the Lokayukta police for questioning in a land allotment case involving the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA). This development comes amidst ongoing legal battles and investigations surrounding alleged irregularities in the allocation of 14 plots to Siddaramaiah's wife, Parvathi BM.

The Lokayukta police had earlier questioned Parvathi on October 25th, following a September 27th FIR naming her and the Chief Minister as accused. The case hinges on allegations that MUDA granted Parvathi 14 compensatory sites in a prime Mysuru location, exceeding the value of the land she surrendered to the authority for development purposes.
