Vice Chancellor Alok Rai Orchestrates 67th Convocation Plans

Lucknow: Vice Chancellor Professor Alok Kumar Rai led a crucial meeting in Lucknow University's Manthan Room to carefully organize the upcoming 67th convocation. Several committees were formed, and all concerned faculty members participated to ensure the event's success.

During the meeting, the Vice Chancellor assessed the pandal setup for the convocation, covering seating arrangements, stage decoration, and the placement of NCC cadets and volunteers across the campus.

Highlighting the need for effective coordination, Professor Rai instructed that the police, district administration, and municipal corporation be notified to ensure seamless execution. Dean Prof. Rakesh Dwivedi confirmed that official notifications have already been sent out.

Additionally, the Vice Chancellor meticulously reviewed the logistics for the arrival and departure of His Excellency the Governor and the medal presentation, ensuring that every detail would be carried out with precision and excellence.
