DLSA Pratapgarh made people aware and told them the benefits of Lok Adalat
District Legal Services Authority organized legal literacy and awareness camp on the subject of Alternative Dispute Resolution System.

Under the direction of Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority and the order of District Judge Hon'ble Mr. Abdul Shahid Ji, Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, District Court Pratapgarh* and under the able guidance of Hon'ble Additional District Judge Mr. Sumit Pawar Ji, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Pratapgarh, while addressing the people in the legal literacy and awareness camp organized on the subject of Alternative Dispute Resolution System, Mediation and National Lok Adalat 14 September 2024 at Postgraduate College Patti, Sub-District Magistrate Patti Mr. Tanveer Ahmed Ji said that persons eligible for free legal aid can contact the Legal Aid Clinic and get free legal aid and consultation.
Addressing the people, he said that the affected person or their family members can contact the Legal Aid Clinic located in the Tehsil to resolve matrimonial disputes through mutual reconciliation agreement.
Tehsildar Patti Shri Pawan Kumar Singh Ji, Secretary Tehsil Legal Services Committee, while giving information to the people about the National Lok Adalat on 14 September 2024, said that cases related to bank loans and motor accident claims and other settlement worthy cases can be settled through National Lok Adalat on the basis of mutual settlement agreement.
Addressing the people on this occasion, PLV District Legal Services Authority Ram Prakash Pandey, Director Legal Aid Clinic Tehsil Patti said that sponsorship program is being conducted for the protection of child rights, under which such children whose age is more than 1 year and less than 18 years, whose either one of the parents or both have died or their parents are seriously ill or such children who are destitute, provision of financial assistance has been made every month under the sponsorship scheme. PLV Vishal Tripathi informed the people about the eligibility for free legal aid.
On this occasion, Deputy Tehsildar Patti Shri Brijesh Kumar Ji, Block Education Officer Shri Sushil Kumar Tiwari, Akhilesh Tiwari, Jeevan Lal etc. were present.
