Kanpur. On the anniversary of the increase in the Advocate Welfare Fund, Kanpur Advocate Welfare Struggle Committee first of all welcomed Kanpur Bar Association President Pramod Dwivedi, General Secretary Aditya Singh along with struggling colleagues Naresh Chandra Tripathi, Prashant Shukla, Ashish Gupta, Atul Singh, Arvind Dixit, Haji Mo Wasik, Vijay Sagar, Sanjeev Kapoor, Ram Naval Kushwaha, Noor Alam, Anil Dixit, Rakesh Siddharth etc. by garlanding them.

On this occasion, Pramod Dwivedi, President Bar Association said that on this day in the year 2021, the amount of Advocate Welfare Fund was increased to 5 lakhs, whose anniversary we are celebrating here.

Struggle Committee Convenor Pt. Ravindra Sharma, former President Lawyers Association said that finding the continuous struggle for years to increase the welfare fund amount in the interest of advocates, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on this day in the year 2021 increased the maturity amount of Advocate Welfare Fund in 30 years from Rs. 1.5 lakh to 5 lakhs and made a provision of fixed amount for easy implementation of the scheme.

Due to which the increased maturity amount is also being distributed continuously. We express our gratitude to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for increasing the amount of Advocate Welfare Fund to Rs. 5 lakh.

All the advocates of Kanpur including Kanpur Bar Association President Pramod Dwivedi have already received the maturity amount of Rs. 5 lakh.

We have won the battle for Advocate Welfare Fund, now it is our resolve that we will also get the Advocate Pension Scheme implemented for senior advocates.
