Organizing a seminar on new criminal laws in the auditorium of the District Court
A seminar was organized in the auditorium of the District Court by the Honorable District Judge / Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Mr. Abdul Shahid on the three criminal laws made by the government
Pratapgarh. In the seminar, the Honorable District Judge gave information to everyone about the new laws made and told about the important changes in the laws.
He told that the new criminal laws will come into effect from 01 July 2024. Expected everyone to work according to the new laws and maintain the liveliness of the Constitution.
On this occasion, Mrs. Archana Tiwari, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mr. Varun Kaushik, Civil Judge, J.D. Sadar, also expressed their views in the seminar.
The District Judge has asked the Legal Aid Defense Counsel, Panel Advocates, PLVs to include the new laws that will be implemented on 01 July 2024 in their working methods.
The program was conducted by Shri Devendra Kumar, In-charge Secretary / Civil Judge CD Room No. 14. Mr. Baburam Additional District Judge Room No. 02, Mrs. Parul Verma Additional District Judge/Special Judge POCSO Act, Mr. Ajay Kumar Additional District Judge FTC, Mrs. Sunita Singh Nagaur Additional District Judge FTC First were present in the seminar.
