“Academic Titans 2025” Celebrates Outstanding Students and Teachers at Maharishi University, Lucknow

Lucknow: Maharishi University of Information Technology, Lucknow Campus, witnessed a grand celebration of scholastic brilliance and mentorship as it hosted the prestigious “Academic Titans 2025 – Academic Excellence Awards & Felicitation Ceremony” on Sunday. The event honoured the academic achievements of Class 10th and 12th students along with the pivotal role played by their teachers and principals.

The event drew a large crowd, with over 700 students and more than 100 educators and school heads from Lucknow and surrounding regions participating in the celebration.

The Chief Guest, Shraddha Thakur, General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow, inspired attendees with her powerful address. She urged students to embrace self-reliance, continuous learning, and the values of dedication and resilience. “Each student holds immense potential; they just need the right direction and encouragement,” she said.

The ceremony was held in the esteemed presence of Prof. (Dr.) Bhanu Pratap Singh, Vice-Chancellor of Maharishi University, and Dr. Ratish Gupta, Director – Corporate Affairs. Both commended the remarkable efforts of the students and their mentors.

Rajeev Upadhyay, Assistant Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, praised the evolving role of teachers, calling them true “navigators of education.” He emphasized how guidance and mentorship shape the lives of young learners.

Dr. Dheeraj Mehrotra, Vice President of Adani Gems Foundation, spoke about the need for innovation and integrating technology into teaching methodologies to make learning more impactful and future-ready.

Throughout the event, the dignitaries delivered motivational speeches that celebrated education as a transformational and continuous journey. Students were felicitated with certificates of appreciation, trophies, and mementoes for their academic excellence. Their teachers and school principals were also recognized and honoured for their invaluable support and guidance.
