Lukerganj Club Clinches Victory in Thrilling Republic Day Cup Final

Prayagraj : In a closely contested final at the Lukerganj ground, Lukerganj Club emerged as the champions of the Republic Day Celebration Cup Cricket Championship, defeating Triple IT Club by a narrow margin of 10 ran.

Match Highlights
Batting first on their home turf, Lukerganj Club managed to put up a total of 143 runs in 26 overs. The innings was anchored by solid contributions from Sandeep Chaudhary (25) and Sachin (23), while Gulshan Verma added a useful 19. The Triple IT bowling attack was led by a standout performance from Nirbhay Singh, who tore through the lineup with figures of 4/26. Supporting wickets were picked up by Parth, Dev Singh, Vivek Kumar, and Krishna Yadav.

In pursuit of 144, Triple IT Club fought valiantly but ultimately fell short, finishing their 30 overs at 133/7. Despite a brilliant half-century by Nirbhay Singh (61) and a steady 31 from Aman Yadav, the Lukerganj bowlers maintained their composure.
