The convention was presided over by State President Manoj Singh Bhadauria, with National President Kunwar Harvansh Singh attending as the Chief Guest and former Minister Badshah Singh as the Special Guest, alongside numerous senior organizational leaders.
Addressing the gathering, National President Kunwar Harvansh Singh stated that the Kshatriya community has historically worked to unite all sections of society. During the convention, key organizational appointments were announced. Dr. Maya Singh was nominated as the Division President for the Veerangana Sabha, while Harveer Singh Sengar (Auraiya), Bhanu Pratap Singh (Kanpur Dehat), and Dinesh Singh (Mahoba) were named District Presidents for their respective regions.
