NEW DELHI-A Delhi court on Wednesday agreed to hear fresh arguments on framing of charges against RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and others in the railways land-for-jobs money laundering case, following a request from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for time.
Special Judge Prashant Kumar listed matter for arguments on charge on October 14. The ED counsel sought time to advance fresh submissions. Earlier, Special Judge Vishal Gogne had reserved the order on charges after ED concluded arguments on March 16.
