Left Wing be finish from country before March 2026: Amit Shah

Lucknow: Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, while reviewing the anti-Naxal operation with the Director Generals of Police and Chief Secretaries of Chhattisgarh and the states bordering it, made it clear that Left Wing Extremism will be completely eradicated from the country before March 2026. Also, Shah appealed to the youth involved in Left Wing Extremism to renounce violence and join the Maha Yagya of development.

A look at the last few years shows that the fight to destroy the entire ecosystem of Left Wing Extremism with a ruthless approach under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the able guidance of Union Home Minister Amit Shah is now in its final stage. Under Shah's precise strategy, a vigorous operation was carried out against the Naxalites in Chhattisgarh in the last 8 months, as a result of which 147 Naxalites were killed in encounters, 631 surrendered and 723 were arrested. The establishment of new camps of Central Armed Police Forces in the areas affected by Left Wing Extremism, their deployment and monitoring of development works by them shows that this battle is now in the decisive phase.

Providing an opportunity to surrender to the youth involved in Left Wing Extremism, which has been a scourge in the country's development for decades, is Shah's first priority. Due to which people's faith in development has increased instead of the ideology of Left Wing Extremism. Under Amit Shah's strategies, vigorous work is being done to bridge the lack of development and security gap in the areas affected by Left Wing Extremism. It is the wonder of the plans of Amit Shah, who is committed to the security of the country, that during 2019 to 2024, many states have become almost completely free from Left Wing Extremism. In fact, limiting and eliminating Left Wing Extremism is a victory for the country's security forces and democracy.

Under Shah's policies in the Modi government, the agencies of the Center and the states are working together to dismantle the financial support of Left Wing Extremism. While the highest number of deaths was recorded at 1,005 in the year 2010, this number decreased to 138 in 2023. Under the able leadership of Amit Shah, who has given a new identity to Indian politics, the Home Ministry and the Chhattisgarh government are going to launch a campaign under which education will be provided to those who have become illiterate due to Left Wing Extremism. Today, in Amritkaal, decisive steps are being taken in areas like road construction, telecommunications, financial inclusion, skill development and education to accelerate development in the states affected by Left Wing Extremism.

Shah has adopted a zero tolerance policy against Left Wing Extremism from the very beginning, as a result of which in the year 2022, the least violence and deaths have been recorded in the areas affected by Left Wing Extremism as compared to the last 4 decades. Left Wing Extremism has been prevalent as a challenge in the country for many decades. In this year of the resolve to completely eradicate Left Wing Extremism within two years, it seems that now this battle has come to a decisive phase. BJP stalwart and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who considers Naxalism a curse to humanity, is committed to uprooting it in all its forms.
