District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar listened to the problems of the people who came on the Total Solution Day in Tehsil Bairia and gave necessary guidelines to the concerned officers.
On this occasion, Revenue, Police, Food and Logistics, Consolidation, Development, Electricity, Social Welfare, Agriculture, and Marketing A total of 48 cases were received from various departments including the Public Works and Education Department, out of which five were disposed of on the spot.
Apart from this, while transferring all the cases to the officials of the concerned department, the District Magistrate gave instructions to dispose of them within the time limit. The District Magistrate directed to settle the land dispute-related matters by conducting on-site inspection and verification by a joint team of the Police and Revenue Department.
Giving strict instructions to the officers, he said that negligence in solving public problems would be unforgivable. Officials should take public problems seriously otherwise be prepared to take action. Said that a just solution to every person's problem with full commitment and transparency is the top priority of the government and administration. Any kind of laxity or negligence will not be tolerated in this.
On the problems related to police and revenue, the District Magistrate said that the officers should try to solve the problems of the people at the primary level so that people do not have to wander here and there. He warned in a stern tone that insensitive and careless officers would not be tolerated at all. On this occasion, BSA Manish Singh, District Supply Officer Ramjatan Yadav, Deputy District Magistrate Sunil Kumar, and other officers were present.
