Lucknow:The Hazelnut Factory (THF) is set to revolutionize the food and beverage industry in Uttar Pradesh and NCR by opening a new outlet every month for the next 36 months. With a substantial investment of ₹131 crores from Bikaji Foods International, THF aims to establish itself as a national brand within the next 5-7 years. The investment will not only facilitate expansion into 6-7 additional states but will also support the establishment of three new manufacturing units, including one in Noida to enhance production capacity.
Founded by Ankit Sahani, THF is dedicated to innovation, focusing on unique products like Coconut Jaggery and the trademark Labon, which combines traditional sweets with modern twists. As they prepare to launch new outlets in key cities such as Noida, Prayagraj, and Agra, the brand emphasizes its commitment to quality, authenticity, and customer-centric innovation, positioning itself as a major player in the Indian F&B sector.
